To start gaming one player must shoot the dice on the table, but according to the rules of craps the roll must be done in a particular way. First of all, it is prohibited to roll the dice with two hands, the dice should be kept in one hand otherwise the throw is considered to be illegal. In addition, after the throw is done the dice must hit the end of the table, nevertheless if this rule is not maintained the throw can’t be counted too. Before the first throw, which is known as "Coming out Roll", each gambler makes the bets on the special betting zone on the table. This area is divided into three different parts in accordance to their purpose. These parts have the marks which indicate the Pass and Don't Pass Bets, Come and Don't Come Bets, Proposition Bets, Place Bets, Field Bets. In case the gambler chooses the Pass line bet he has the chance to win if a 7 or 11 occurs. But if a 2, 3, or 12 is rolled the craps player loses. The rest coming up numbers in the come out roll are constitute a "point". In case the "point" comes up the dice must be rolled over and over till a 7 or 11 comes up and the gambler is the winner.
The player that makes a Don't Pass Bet may win only in case a 2 or 3 is thrown but if either a 7 or 11 comes out the bet is considered to be losing. If that was the second roll after the point was rolled, a Point Roll, so the dice are thrown again and again by the time the same point number occurs. This time the gambler wins if a 7 or 11 is rolled first, but if the same point falls out first, the player loses. If the rest numbers come up the dice are rolled again and again by the time the mentioned numbers fall out.
Come Bet is similar to the Pass Line bet, but according to the rules of craps Pass Line bet can be places only when point occurs on the pass line bet. It may be indicated after the very first roll. The 7 and 11 numbers mean the win while the 2, 3, and 12 are losers. And the come point should be rolled again and again.
Don't Come Bet is the contrary to Come Bet, that’s why when the 2 or 3 appears the craps player wins, if number 7 or 11 is thrown the player is loser.
